She began her career as a Risk and Regulatory Compliance Manager and later served as Director of Operations, where she led initiatives to optimize internal processes and enhance overall operational efficiency. She has extensive experience in auditing and ensuring compliance with international regulatory standards.
Her work includes the publication of regionally relevant articles on legal and compliance matters.
She has also been invited on multiple occasions as a panelist at the World Compliance Forum, an international event focused on legislative developments aimed at protecting organizations from financial crime, money laundering, corruption, fraud, and cybercrime.
Mack has been a practicing attorney in Texas for 27 years and is currently Senior Partner in the law firm he founded, Roberts – Zimmerman PLLC. His career has been focused on real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, financing, corporate work, and general business and transactional representation.
He has owned and managed title companies providing closing and escrow services in the past as well. He graduated from the University of North Texas with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and thereafter from Loyola University School of Law New Orleans with juris doctor degree.
Mack has been married to his wife Amy for 33 years and they have two grown sons. He enjoys CrossFit, golf, serving in his church, reading, and traveling in his spare time.

Randall’s legal career in international business spans over 30 years, where as an attorney licensed both in the US and Mexico, he has employed domestic and international escrow services to serve his clients in mergers and acquisitions, project finance and development, real estate and a variety of other industries.
Randall has unique experience representing clients throughout Mexico and Latin America. Over the years, Randall has served on numerous boards and committees addressing issues of professional, civic, and faith-based concern. Chris has managed escrow operations in over 20 countries, with local offices throughout Mexico (Los Cabos, Riviera Maya, Puerto Vallarta, Tijuana, and Guadalajara), Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, St. Kitts, Anguilla, and St. Lucia.
His experience adds up to over 100,000 successful escrow transactions totaling many billions of dollars.
Edward Anania is Executive Vice President and a founding member of Ambit International, where he leads project development, strategic partnerships, and client business placement.
With a distinguished career spanning leadership roles in international markets, he established Stewart Title International’s operations in Central Europe and later guided expansion across Asia, Europe, and Latin America. Previously, he served as CEO of Century Title Services, building it into one of the Midwest’s largest independent title agencies.
In addition to his executive work, Edward practices law in Indiana and actively contributes to his community through leadership and educational roles. He holds a J.D. from Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis.
